° La Aduana dejará embarcar y entregará equipajes constitutivos de cupos, únicamente a sus propietarios, previa identificación y comprobación del pago de impuestos, cuyo comprobante será debidamente sellado por la autoridad aduanera. Además, el residente o quien inicie el viaje desde las Islas deberá presentar el tiquete de viaje a su nombre y la tarjeta en que consta su carácter de residente, otorgada por la Intendencia.
