Artículo sexto. El incumplimiento de las disposiciones fijadas en el presente Decreto será sancionado con multas sucesivas de diez pesos ($ 10) a quinientos pesos ($ 500) que impondrá el Jefe de la Zona Técnico-Administrativa del respectivo Departamento, de acuerdo con las informaciones de los Ingenieros Agrónomos de Sector, y en providencia debidamente documentada. Estas multas son apelables ante el Ministro de la Economía Nacional. Comuníquese y publíquese.
