Artículo tercero. Los agricultores interesados en siembras de algodón en los territorios del Departamento de Tolima, Cundinamarca y Huila, deberán efectuarlas en las siguientes épocas: Para la cosecha del primer semestre del año, hasta el 10 de abril, y para la del 2° semestre hasta el 10 de octubre.
