El artículo 5º del Decreto 721 de 1987 quedará así: "La Superintendencia Bancaria impondrá a las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda sobre los defectos patrimoniales en que incurran respecto de la relación máxima de activos totales a patrimonio autorizada por la Junta Monetaria, una sanción del 3% mensual sobre el valor del defecto".
