ARTICULO 54 . Transitorio. Los procesos que al entrar en vigencia el presente Decreto tengan auto de apertura de Investigación continuarán siendo instruidos por los respectivos funcionarios de la Oficina de Control y serán evaluados y fallados por el competente de acuerdo con la nueva legislación. Las diligencias preliminares se remitirán en el estado en que se encuentren al competente para ordenar la investigación.
