ARTICULO 51 . Requisición de la decisión. La providencia mediante la cual se falle la investigación deberá reunir los siguientes requisitos

Determinar de manera clara y precisa los hechos u omisiones que objetivamente aparezcan probados en la investigación, según las pruebas legalmente aportadas.

Señalar las disposiciones legales infringidas y que sean aplicables al caso.

Analizar las explicaciones dadas por el investigado o su apoderado.

Evaluar las pruebas recaudadas.

Calificar la falta y determinar las circunstancias agravantes o atenuantes de la sanción disciplinaria.

Indicar la sanción que se impone al investigado o la exoneración de responsabilidad.
