ARTICULO 50 . Ampliación de la investigación. Durante cualquier etapa, mediante auto motivado, se podrá disponer la ampliación de la investigación si aparecieren hechos relacionados directamente con los que se investigan y que constituyan nuevas infracciones cometidas por el mismo investigado. Antes del fallo de la investigación disciplinaria mediante auto motivado, se podrá igualmente disponer la vinculación de nuevos presuntos infractores, siempre que sea por los mismos hechos que se investigan, o se podrá compulsar copias del expediente para que por separado se investigue a los demás infractores.
