ARTICULO 49 . Perfeccionamiento de la investigación. Si quien ordenó la investigación, la Comisión de Personal o el fallador, encuentran que es necesaria la práctica de otras pruebas, así lo dispondrá y devolverá con tal fin el expediente para que dentro de un término no superior a quince (15) días hábiles se practiquen y se devuelvan las diligencias. Para el efecto se podrá designar un funcionario diferente al que venía adelantando la investigación.
