ARTICULO 48 . Evaluación y fallo. El funcionario que ordenó la investigación tendrá diez (10) días hábiles para su evaluación y fallo o su envío por concepto, a la Comisión de Personal o al funcionario competente para imponer la sanción, quien tendrá el mismo término para fallar La Comisión de Personal tendrá un término de quince (15) días hábiles, contados a partir del recibo del expediente, para emitir su concepto.
