ARTICULO 46 . Medios de pruba. Serán admisibles dentro del proceso disciplinario todos los medios de prueba previstos en la Ley. El investigador podrá nombrar como perito, para los dictámenes técnicos que se requieran, a otro funcionario de la entidad.
