ARTICULO 38 . Término. Las diligencias preliminares se adelantarán dentro del término máximo de treinta (30) días hábiles, contados a partir de la fecha de la designación como funcionario investigador. Este término podrá ser prorrogado por el funcionario que ordenó la investigación, hasta por un término igual.
