ARTICULO 36 . Investigación por la procuraduría general de la nación. La Procuraduría General de la Nación podrá en cualquier momento iniciar o asumir una investigación disciplinaria de funcionarios de la Dirección General de Aduanas. En estos casos el funcionario que ordenó adelantarla deberá suspender las diligencias y pondrá a disposición de la Procuraduría todos los documentos que sean pertinentes, dejando la respectiva copia o fotocopia auténtica para el archivo.
