ARTICULO 30 . Avisos de ley. El funcionario investigador dará aviso de la apertura de investigación disciplinaria a la Procuraduría General de la Nación o entidad que haga sus veces y a las Oficinas de Control y Recursos Humanos de la Dirección General de Aduanas. Igualmente se informará a estas dependencias el resultado definitivo de la investigación. En cualquier estado de la investigación, cuando se observare que la conducta materia del averiguatorio pueda constituir infracción a la ley penal, el investigador formulará la correspondiente denuncia.
