ARTICULO 26 . Defensa del investigado. En toda investigación disciplinaria al investigado tendrá derecho a

Conocer el proceso y las pruebas que se alleguen al mismo.

Presentar sus explicaciones y a que se practiquen las pruebas que solicite, siempre que sean procedentes y conducentes.

Hacer uso de los recursos establecidos y a un pronunciamiento sobre los mismos.

Ser representado por un apoderado, si así lo desea y a ser asesorado por la organización sindical del organismo.

Al adelantamiento imparcial de la investigación.
