ARTICULO 23 . Competencia para adelantar la investigación disciplinaria. En los casos de faltas graves, quien ordene la investigación, designará al funcionario que debe adelantarla, quien deberá ceñirse a los términos establecidos en este decreto para realizar las diligencias respectivas.
