ARTICULO 21 . Imputación del período de suspensión a la sanción. Cuando la sanción sea de suspensión se deberá imputar al término de la misma el que materialmente haya durado el investigado separado del servicio, si este último término fuere mayor, y ya hubiere transcurrido, se pagará al funcionario la diferencia.
