ARTICULO 20 . Reintegro. El funcionario suspendido provisionalmente será reintegrado a su empleo en los siguientes casos

Cuando la investigación termine con exoneración de responsabilidad del funcionario.

Cuando expire el término de la suspensión.

Cuando el funcionario fuere sancionado por un término inferior al de la suspensión provisional.

Cuando la sanción impuesta fuere de amonestación, censura o multa. En este último caso la multa se descontará de la cuantía que deba pagarse como remuneración al término de suspensión.
