ARTICULO 8o. Obligación de denunciar las faltas. El empleado de la Dirección General de Aduanas y cualquier persona o usuario del servicio aduanero que tuviere conocimiento de la ocurrencia de un hecho que pueda llegar a constituir falta disciplinaria imputable a un servidor público activo o retirado del servicio, deberá ponerlo en conocimiento de los funcionarios competentes para ordenar la investigación, suministrando todos los datos y documentos de que tuviere noticia. La omisión de esta obligación por parte del servidor público constituye falta grave.
