ARTICULO 2 º . Objeto del régimen disciplinario. El régimen disciplinario se aplicará a los funcionarios, exfuncionarios y supernumerarios de la Dirección General de Aduanas y tiene por objeto procurar el cabal cumplimiento de las funciones y deberes de los funcionarios y la eficiencia y moralidad en la prestación del servicio público aduanero, preservando los intereses del Estado.
