º Por razones del servicio determinadas por la Inspección General de la Policía Nacional, el Director General podrá disponer el retiro de Agentes de esa Institución con cualquier tiempo de servicio, con el solo concepto previo del Comité de Evaluación de Oficiales Subalternos establecido en el artículo 47 del Decreto - ley 1212 de 1990.
