ARTICULO 87 . El Director General de Aduanas será el encargado de fijar las políticas de bienestar social de los funcionarios aduaneros y de sus familias a través de la Oficina de Recursos Humanos, las cuales podrán ser ejecutadas a través del Fondo de Gestión Aduanera y de los fondos de bienestar social legalmente constituidos. Los dineros de servicios extraordinarios, que a la fecha no hagan parte de un fondo de bienestar social debidamente constituido, ingresarán al Fondo de Gestión Aduanera. TITULO VI.
