ARTICULO 82 . La solicitud de servicios extraordinarios por parte del interesado se dirigirá a la Jefatura Regional de Aduana correspondiente con una antelación a la prestación del servicio de 24 horas, salvo que circunstancias especiales debidamente justificadas impidan efectuarla en dicho lapso.
