ARTICULO 64 . Lista de elegibles. Finalizado el concurso cerrado de promoción se publicará la lista de elegibles en orden de mérito. Entre quienes ocupen los cinco primeros puestos de esta lista de elegibles, la autoridad nominadora escogerá el o los funcionarios para el lleno de las vacantes respectivas.
