ARTICULO 59 . Periodo de prueba. El período de prueba será de tres (3) meses, contados a partir de la fecha en que el funcionario se posesione del empleo. Durante este período el jefe inmediato deberá rendir al Director General de Aduanas un informe mensual sobre el desempeño y aptitudes del funcionario con el objeto de decidir sobre su permanencia en la Dirección General de Aduanas.
