Quienes aprueben los concursos de ingreso en cualquiera de sus modalidades y para proveer las vacantes existentes serán vinculados a la Dirección General de Aduanas, mediante nombramiento ordinario, en estricto orden de mérito según la lista de elegibles que se establezca como resultado del concurso.
