ARTICULO 50 . Cuerpo de investigación y vigilancia aduanera. Pertenecen al Cuerpo de Investigación y Vigilancia Aduanera aquellos empleos cuyas funciones se refieren a la vigilancia en zonas primarias aduaneras u otras que sean determinadas por la Dirección General y a la prevención y represión de infracciones aduaneras y contrabando.
