ARTICULO 29 . El empleado una vez posesionado podrá encontrarse en las siguientes situaciones administrativas

a)

Servicio activo;

b)

Licencia;

c)

Permiso;

d)

Comisión;

e)

En ejercicio de funciones de jefatura por designación;

f)

Asignación de funciones;

g)

Vacaciones;

h)

Período compensatorio;

i)

Prestando el servicio militar;

j)

Suspendido en el ejercicio de sus funciones.
