ARTICULO 27 . Cuando la naturaleza de las funciones requiera adiestramiento en el servicio, se deben propiciar rotaciones periódicas del personal que las desempeña. Dichas rotaciones deben ser programadas teniendo como prioridad las necesidades del servicio.
