ARTICULO 19. Para el ejercicio de funciones de jefatura por designación en los cargos de Director General, Subdirector General, Subdirectores, Jefes de Oficina del nivel central y Jefaturas Regionales de Aduana, se requiere tomar posesión, para lo cual deberá presentarse el documento de identidad y el que acredite la constitución de fianza, cuando sea el caso.
