ARTICULO 15 . Reingreso. Cuando un funcionario de carrera aduanera se desvincule de la Dirección General de Aduanas, con el fin de ejercer cargos de dirección en otra entidad estatal de cualquier orden, durante el año siguiente, de su retiro podrá, a criterio del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, reingresar al servicio en iguales condiciones y prerrogativas en que se encontraba al momento de su desvinculación, siempre que exista la vacante respectiva.
