Las autoridades nominadoras correspondientes procederán a incorporar en los cargos equivalentes a la presente planta, sin necesidad de nueva posesión, al personal que viene prestando sus servicios en la Dirección Nacional y en las Oficinas Seccionales de la Carrera Judicial, previa verificación del cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos para cada cargo.
