TRANSITORIO. Las Sociedades de Comercialización Internacional que a la fecha de publicación del presente Decreto se encuentren inscritas ante la Junta de Comercializadoras, deberán cumplir con los requisitos establecidos en el literal c) del artículo 5º, en un término no superior a 360 días calendario, contados a partir de la fecha de su publicación. Si vencido dicho plazo no se hubiere cumplido con la obligación anterior se cancelará la inscripción.
