EXCEPCIONES PARA LA ENTREGA DEL CERT. El Banco de la República se abstendrá de hacer entrega del CERT correspondiente a los bienes exportados que hayan sido vendidos a una Sociedad de Comercialización Internacional por un productor que haya incurrido en alguna de las causales previstas en el
