CAMBIOS EN EL REGIMEN DE EXPORTACIONES. Las modificaciones al régimen de exportaciones que se adopten con posterioridad a la fecha de expedición del Certificado de Compra al Productor, no afectarán la exportación de los bienes relacionados en este documento. Cuando se trate de productos sometidos a restricciones o condiciones especiales para ser exportados, para que el Certificado de Compra al Productor tenga validez, deberá cumplir los requisitos pertinentes y copia del Certificado de Compra al Productor deberá ser presentada al Incomex para la aprobación del Documento Unico de Exportación.
