OPERACIONES CON EMPRESAS VINCULADAS A ZONAS FRANCAS. Las Sociedades de Comercialización Internacional podrán realizar las siguientes actividades con empresas vinculadas a Zonas Francas

Exportación de bienes producidos por usuarios de Zonas Francas Industriales, cuyo régimen jurídico se rija por contratos anteriores a la Ley 109 de 1985.

Exportaciones desde territorio aduanero hacia las Zonas Francas Industriales con destino a usuarios vinculados a dichos establecimientos, cuyo contrato se rija por la nueva modalidad establecida en la Ley 109 y normas reglamentarias, así como la exportación desde Zonas Francas hacia otros mercados.
