El CERT PARA LAS EXPORTACIONES A TRAVES DE LAS SOCIEDADES DE COMERCIALIZACION INTERNACIONAL. Las exportaciones realizadas por las Sociedades de Comercialización Internacional tendrán derecho al Certificado de Reembolso Tributario, CERT, en las mismas condiciones establecidas por el Gobierno Nacional para los demás exportadores. Sin embargo, las Sociedades de Comercialización Internacional y el productor podrán acordar la distribución de este incentivo entre ellos, registrando dicha proporción en el Certificado de Compra al Productor.
