º . JUNTA DE COMERCIALIZADORAS. La Junta de Comercializadoras estará integrada por los siguientes miembros: - Ministro o Viceministro de Desarrollo Económico, quien la presidirá. - Director o Subdirector General de Proexpo. - Director del Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior, o uno de los Subdirectores, quien preferiblemente será el Subdirector de Exportaciones. La Junta expedirá su reglamento y la Secretaría estará a cargo del Jefe del Departamento Comercial de Proexpo.
