Por razones administrativas y requerimientos del servicio, sin que sea alterada la estructura básica del Ministerio de Agricultura ni su planta de personal, mediante Resolución Ministerial podrán crearse grupos o unidades temáticas, dependientes, respectivamente, de las Subdirecciones, Divisiones o Secciones del Ministerio.
