º Corresponde al Ministerio de Agricultura, a través del Ministro y de acuerdo con el Presidente de la República, la formulación y adopción de la política agropecuaria, pesquera y de recursos naturales renovables. Los organismos del sector agropecuario adscritos o vinculados al Ministerio serán los ejecutores de la política agropecuaria en sus respectivos campos de acción.
