ARTICULO 3o. Los pagos por concepto de la contribución a que se refiere el presente Decreto que deban efectuar los contratistas de entidades públicas del orden nacional, serán consignados en la cuenta corriente que para tal efecto señale la Tesorería General de la Nación.
