Vigencia . Este Decreto comenzará a regir a partir del 1º de marzo de 1985, exceptuadas las normas que se relacionan con exenciones, exportación temporal para perfeccionamiento pasivo, régimen simplificado de importación para empresas mineras y petroleras, las relativas a los sistemas especiales dé importación-exportación, de reembolso de dinero a los importadores, zonas francas, las cuales comenzarán a regir a partir de la fecha de su sanción. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
