Deróganse los artículos 1º a 49, 51, 52, 54 a 257, 260 a 399, 407 a 434 de la Ley 79 de 1931, las normas que la modificaron en especial los Decretos 2266 de 1952, 134 de 1972, 471 de 1973, 1238 de 1976, 849, 2156 de 1979, 2999 de 1983, los reglamentos generales de aduana y las demás normas que sean contrarias al presente Decreto.
