Cambio de aduana . El Director General de Aduanas por razones justificadas, podrá autorizar que la mercancía pueda introducirse y despacharse a consumo por aduana diferente a la señalada en la licencia o registro. Cuando la solicitud de cambio de aduana haga referencia a San Andrés o Leticia se necesitará modificación de la licencia o registro.
