Competencia . Facúltase a los administradores para que a solicitud escrita del declarante, representante legal o apoderado y mediante orden de pago por devolución, autoricen el reembolso de dineros provenientes de derechos de importación, tasas, multas, recargos, o impuestos, cuando se hubiere depositado una cantidad mayor de la determinada por la liquidación oficial, o sumas de dinero para adelantar un despacho para consumo que no se llevó a cabo, o cuando se resuelvan los recursos interpuestos.
