Notificación de la cuenta adicional. Establecido el perjuicio, el administrador de la aduana mediante resolución motivada formulará la cuenta adicional y notificará su valor al declarante siguiendo las previsiones del Código Contencioso Administrativo. Los recursos contra la resolución deberán ser interpuestos dentro de los diez (10 días hábiles siguientes a su notificación, previa constitución de garantía bancaria o de compañía de seguros por el término de un año y por el monto del valor de la cuenta adicional.
