Términos para decidir . El recurso de reposición deberá resolverse dentro de los treinta (30) días calendario siguientes a su interposición; el de apelación y revisión dentro de los sesenta (60) días calendario siguientes. Transcurridos estos términos sin que se haya notificado pronunciamiento expreso sobre ellos, se entenderá que la decisión es negativa de conformidad con el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
