Cambio de régimen de la mercancía . Si como resultado del reconocimiento cambia el régimen de importación declarado de libre importación a licencia previa, o de los anteriores al de prohibida importación, el declarante deberá presentar la modificación que ampare el cambio en un plazo de cuatro (4) meses y si no la presentare se procederá al decomiso administrativo.
