Mercancía diferente a la amparada por e registro o licencia . Si la mercancía importada no coincide con la amparada por el registro o licencia de importación, el administrador de la aduana procederá a ordenar el decomiso administrativo. Igual procedimiento se seguirá si carece de estos documentos.
