Excesos de mercancías . Si al realizarse el reconocimiento de la mercancía resultare exceso de ésta frente a lo señalado en la declaración y documentos que la acompañan, dicho exceso se decomisará administrativamente.

Parágrafo 1

En aquellas mercancías cuyo registro o licencia de importación se expida al granel, se permitirá un exceso hasta del diez por ciento (10%) sobre la cantidad amparada, siempre que obedezca a condiciones atmosféricas, físicas o químicas justificadas.

Parágrafo 2

El exceso de equipaje dará lugar al decomiso administrativo en la forma señalada por el Gobierno Nacional.
