Clasificaciones arancelarias generales . A solicitud de cualquier persona, la Dirección General de Aduanas a través de la oficina correspondiente y de conformidad con la norma orgánica, clasificará las mercancías en el arancel de aduanas. La solicitud de clasificación arancelaria deberá contener la siguiente información: Nombre y domicilio del peticionario, nombre técnico y comercial de la mercancía, naturaleza, uso y aplicación de la misma, calidad, peso, origen, precio y, si hubiere lugar, el proceso de fabricación y los demás datos que exija el Director General de Aduanas.
